Call to inquire about our policy for guests 18 years of age and under. Pets allowed by prior arrangement only. We are non-smoking ~ building and grounds.

*Refund policy for B&B and wedding bookings: 75% refund with 14 days notice; 50% refund with 3 or more days notice. No refund with less than 24 hr. notice, except full refund if we are snowed in. ;-) Rarely happens, but a possibility.
