Single Night Stay:	Single Night
Iris Suite - Large parlour with French door to garden, fireplaces in parlour and bedroom, expansive garden views. TempurPedic Queen bed, private bath with shower, private entrance, StellarVision 'night sky' ceiling	$149
Rose Suite - Small parlour with double French doors to garden, canopy queen bed, fireplace, private bath with tub, private entrance, StellarVision 'night sky' ceiling	$149
Couples who choose Rose Suite bedroom and bath may also use large Iris Suite parlor when it is not occupied by another couple for an additional fee of $10 per stay.

DISCOUNTS
Memorial Day through September Multiple Night Stays - $10 off second and all succeeding nights on Monday through Thursday. Does not apply to additional nights that fall Friday and Saturday nights, or holidays, which will be billed at regular rate October through May $10 off second and all succeeding nights, including weekends and holidays

*Refund policy for B&B and wedding bookings: 75% refund with 14 days notice; 50% refund with less than 14 days notice. No refund with less than 24 hr. notice, except full refund if we are snowed in. ;-) Rarely happens, but a possibility.
NOTE: By choice, we rarely have guests in both suites at the same time, so you will almost always have your choice of suites on arrival, along with the assurance of quiet and privacy during your stay. If a reply is needed the same day, please phone rather than email. We check messages every day by 8:00 AM, but may not check them again until the next morning.
